There are only 2 days left before the start of the Survival Series Winter Invitational. The teams have been preparing and they are all very keen to get this underway. Survival Series Winter Invitational Part 1 UPDATED
After the success of the first Survival Series the decision to host another one was a definite "no brainer", however in the quest to keep things exciting and bring you the best of the best we decided to change things up a little bit and make this an exclusive invite only tournament. We have invited 16 of the best teams SA has to offer, put them all together in a pressure cooker and in the end there can be only 1. Who Will Survive.

ATLEAST ONE PLAYER FROM EACH TEAM MUST BE ONLINE IN #COD4 ON IRC AT 13:00H . DISREGARDING THIS RULE MAY RESULT IN A BAN FROM THE CUP.

The survival series will take place on sunday the 13th of May as stated in the invites that have been given out to the team captains.

Checking your config for illegal binds/scripts and some useful console commands
Since we have had so many busts of people using illegal scripts/binds in their configs i decided to write this article and help some people that don’t know how this works.
First you need to find the place your config is stored. It will be something like:
mp_marketcenter
Custom maps have not made a big impact on the COD4 scene especially locally where players are often against any change. However there is a new map mp_marketcenter which has showed a lot of promise. ptER has created a write up of the map on Tek-9 which can be read here:

How to scan for scripts
I have personally spent many months working out how to scan for scripts for WAGE. I tried many different programs and approaches to try and do this effectively. Most of these did not work and many required advanced access. I have chosen to make this guide public as it is no longer fair to keep it private when it is being used in league matches. I hope that people appreciate that WAGE is releasing this and show us some support.
